Your responsibilities:• Supporting the kitchen manager in planning and organizing kitchen operations
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene guidelines
• Monitoring food preparation and presentation
• Managing costs and adhering to budgets
• Acting as a substitute for the kitchen manager in their absence
• Contributing to the development of new menus and meal plans
Your profile:• Completed vocational training as a cook
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy or communal catering
• Knowledge of menu planning and cost calculation
• Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and other hygiene standards
• Organizational skills and resilience
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
