Join us as a chef professional (m/f/d) at our new company restaurant in Wiesbaden.
Your working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Your responsibilities:• Food preparation.
• On-site contact person for customers and diners with good communication skills.
• Ensuring compliance with business guidelines (purchasing, menu planning, budget management, cash reconciliation, and monthly accounting).
• Leadership and business alignment of the entire gastronomy area.
• Adherence to legal hygiene guidelines and HACCP.
• Implementation of quality standards and internal BONVITA guidelines.
• Planning and execution of customer events.
• On-site team management (duty rota, vacation planning, time tracking).
• You love what you do, with strong cooking skills!
• You’re a passionate host and provide warm welcome service to all guests.
• You tailor your offerings 100% to the wishes of your diners.
• You have a strong understanding of current culinary trends and light cuisine, also you love to prepare traditional regional dishes.
• You ensure smooth operations while maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards.
• You are a trained cook and ideally have experience in communal catering.
